Approach
TourCert follows a two-step approach to enhance your stakeholder dialogue:
Stakeholder Analysis
Who are our stakeholders? In the first step, a stakeholder analysis is conducted, enabling you to identify all groups that are affected by or have an influence on your business activities.
Stakeholder Survey
What issues concern our stakeholders? What suggestions or criticisms do they have regarding our collaboration? In the second step, the identified stakeholders are surveyed through an online stakeholder questionnaire.
