For responsible tourism
TourCert is committed to responsible tourism and supports companies and destinations in making their tourism activities more sustainable. We provide consulting services, offer workshops and online trainings, and award the TourCert certification seal. To achieve this, we have developed an internationally recognized consulting and certification system.

Your tasks
Various focus areas
Depending on your interests and field of study, we will tailor the focus of your internship. Possible areas include:
Marketing and Communication
- Maintaining the TourCert website using the WordPress CMS
- Writing and translating content for various communication channels
- Supporting the planning and organization of educational events within the TourCert Academy
Sustainability Management
- Support in the field of sustainability management and certification
- Assistance with survey analysis as well as the design and implementation of surveys
- Coordination of the TourCert Qualified sustainability certification
- Handling inquiries from the global TourCert community and prospective partners
- Support in the development and coordination of online-based educational content and the preparation of workshops
Project Management
- Supporting project activities in close collaboration with the project team (research, analysis, concept development, drafting and editing of content, preparation of presentations, etc.)
- Assisting with the organization and delivery of project-related events
- Providing support in reporting and in the preparation of funding application

Your profile
What we are looking for
- Students in business administration, (sustainable) tourism, or media
- Interest in the transformation of tourism and motivation to contribute to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Strong skills in writing texts and creating presentations
- Analytical thinking for data evaluation
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, independent working style, and initiative
- Willingness to learn and contribute your own ideas
